1. Is the product shipping cost borne by the seller?

According to our business plan, we currently offer free shipping for all products available in the store, with BLESSUME covering the logistics costs.

Regarding return shipping fees, if the return or exchange is due to reasons not caused by the consumer (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product), BLESSUME will cover the logistics costs. However, if the return is due to reasons on the consumers side, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

2. Can you ship to all areas of the United States?

Based on logistics and warehouse scheduling plans, we can deliver to all areas within the continental United States. If your shipping address is listed as an available option during checkout, you can place your order with confidence.

 

3. How do I pay with a credit/debit card?

To ensure the security of your sensitive card information, our credit/debit card payments are processed through PayPal. When you check out, select "PayPal" as the payment method. After clicking "Submit Order," you will be prompted to choose between paying with your PayPal account or directly with a credit/debit card. At this point, you can select the card payment option. We support major card networks such as American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
