1. Order Processing

1.1 Order Confirmation:

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours after successful payment (based on payment gateway time). After this period, orders will automatically enter the shipping process.

2. Product Delivery

2.1 Product Sorting:

Once an order enters the shipping process, the store will match the nearest warehouse located in different states and regions across the United States. The warehouse will then sort, pack the products, and hand them over to the logistics carrier for transportation. This process typically takes 1-3 business days to complete.

2.2 Logistics Carriers:

Based on the user's location and logistics partnerships, the system automatically selects carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. This selection process is automated and cannot be manually intervened.

2.3 Logistics Timeframe:

From the moment the logistics provider receives the goods until the user receives the order, most deliveries are completed within 3-5 business days. In some cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, hurricanes, earthquakes) may cause slight delays. Generally, the total delivery time from placing an order to receiving the product does not exceed 9 days.

2.4 Tracking Information:

After dispatch, the store will send an email containing tracking information. You can also view the tracking number in your user center.

The official websites of the logistics carriers or 17track.net.

3. Fees and Taxes

3.1 Shipping Policy:

Taxes and shipping fees are covered by BLESSUME (except for non-contiguous states). The detailed breakdown is visible at the payment page.

4. Other Situations

4.1 Abnormal Delays:

If a customer has not received their order more than 15 days after placing it, the store can arrange for a reshipment or refund.
