Service Agreement

Welcome to the BLESSUME Mall (hereinafter referred to as "Mall"). Before using our services, please read and understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). This agreement details the rights and obligations between you as a user and BLESSUME.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and placing an order on the BLESSUME Mall, you agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use any services provided by this Mall.
2. Product Description and Pricing
We strive to ensure that the product information displayed on the Mall is accurate. However, due to technical limitations or delays in supplier updates, discrepancies may occur. We reserve the right to adjust product descriptions, product images, prices, and inventory status without prior notice.
The current pricing policy at BLESSUME does not include sales tax for consumers. Any future changes will be reflected in this User Service Agreement. For further inquiries, please contact customer service.
3. Order Processing
Order Confirmation:
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours after successful payment (based on payment gateway time). After this period, orders will automatically enter the shipping process.
Logistics and Delivery:
Products are picked, packed, and shipped from the nearest warehouse, typically requiring 1-3 business days. Logistics carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., are automatically selected based on the user's location.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal. To ensure your information security, the payment process may redirect to the official PayPal interface for secure processing.
5. Privacy Policy
We protect your personal information according to the "BLESSUME Privacy Policy". This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period:
If you receive defective products or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 30 days to arrange free returns or exchanges.
Return Costs:
For returns not caused by the consumer, BLESSUME will cover the round-trip logistics fees. For returns due to consumer reasons, the relevant costs must be borne by the consumer.
7. Intellectual Property Statement
All content within the Mall, including but not limited to text, images, designs, trademarks, etc., are owned by BLESSUME or its authorized parties. Reproduction or dissemination without permission is prohibited.

While we endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the Mall’s information, we do not assume responsibility for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Mall.
