· The customer covers return costs in cases such as changes in plans, incorrect selections, etc.
3. Return and Exchange Process

3.3 Refund Rules:
· Once the product is returned within the specified time frame and verified to be correct, we will immediately initiate the refund.
· The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, with the specific arrival time depending on the payment method. Typically, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
· If the product has been used or severely damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct corresponding fees.
