Authorization Declaration

BLESSUME brand (Reg. No. 4,960,215) is owned by Chen Yuanying and Xianning Yima Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xianning Yima"). The following brand authorization has been reached regarding Yima Company's use of the BLESSUME brand in the U.S. market:

1. Domain Name Usage Authorization

Xianning Yima has the right to use the domain us.blessume.store to operate an independent BLESSUME brand store and enjoys full usage rights of this domain for all commercial activities related to the BLESSUME brand.

2. Platform Entry and Operation Authorization

Xianning Yima has the right to enter and operate various e-commerce platforms in the US market under the BLESSUME brand name (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, etc.) and conduct related product sales and promotional activities.

3. Independent Store Operation Authorization

Xianning Yima has the right to directly sell BLESSUME brand products to US consumers through the us.blessume.store independent store and is responsible for daily operations management, customer service, and brand promotion related matters.

4. Brand Promotion and Market Development

Xianning Yima has the right to carry out BLESSUME brand promotion, marketing, and channel expansion activities within the US market to enhance brand awareness and market share.

5. Authorization Period

This authorization takes effect from the date of signing and is valid for five years. Upon expiration, if neither party raises any objections, it will automatically renew for another five-year period by default.
